Hypnotherapy Session(s) Refund Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Notice can be given verbally or in writing, however it is up to the person cancelling to prove that notice was given.

Fora  cancellation or reschedule notice of more than 48 hours, there is no cancellation charge and you will be refunded your full amount of the session.

For a cancellation or reschedule notice of less than 48 hours a cancellation charge of 100% of the consultation fee is applicable. Where no notice is given at all or you do not show a 100% cancellation charge will be made for failure to attend an appointment. 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, or their appointment may be forfeited and their appointment will be treated as missed.
All hypnotherapy session payments are for ‘time booked’ for the therapy, and are NOT therefore for the desired outcome or goal. Each person and the required amount of therapy session(s) will always vary depending on the individual client. The responsibility for achieving the desired outcome always belongs to the client.

Hypnotherapy and NLP Overview; Client Responsibility

Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) involves and requires the willing relationship between the client and the therapist, in which the client provides information, the therapist listens to the client, and the therapist conveys information back to the client. Therapy is intended to be informational and educational for the client, and to provide information, support and encouragement for the client’s goals and decisions based on information provided by the client. The client is fully and solely responsible for all information provided to the therapist, all information reflected back to the client by the therapist, and all client decisions, actions or inactions resulting from or relating to the therapy experience. Client will indemnify and hold harmless TNT Health Solutions Limited, Tansy Forrest and all its principals, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, successors and assigns from any claims, liability, costs or expenses in connection with any therapy services, information or materials.

TNT Health Solutions Limited, Tansy Forrest and all its principals, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives does not guarantee or warrant any particular outcome, result or success of Hypnotherapy or NLP, and expressly disclaims any such guarantee or warranty.
